Competitive intelligence for commerce teams

Compare your digital presence against competitors using evidence

CompComp analyses the exact part of your site you choose - a host, a subdomain, a path or a single page - and benchmarks it against competitors on the same criteria. Every conclusion is marked observed, inferred or unknown.

Analysis is not connected yet. You can create an account, define scoped targets and add competitors today.

What gets compared

  • Search

Indexability, on-page structure and structured data inside the exact scope you chose.

  • Audience

Audience and ICP signals inferred from the analysed pages, always labelled as inferred.

  • Positioning

How clearly the offer and its differentiation are stated in scope.

  • AI / GEO

Readiness signals for generative discovery and citation. No answer engine is queried.

  • ACO

Agentic commerce readiness: product identity, offers, delivery, returns and purchase path.

Scope is never guessed

A category path stays a category path. Entering shop.com/product analyses that path and its child pages - not all of shop.com, and not /products. A subdomain target excludes the root host and sibling subdomains unless you widen it yourself.

How CompComp differs from a generic SEO audit

An audit tool grades one site against a checklist. CompComp compares several companies against the same criteria and shows the evidence behind each assessment.

Evidence-first
Every conclusion is marked observed, inferred or unknown and is linked to the evidence that supports it. Unknown is a valid result and is never counted as a competitive weakness.
You choose the scope
Analyse an exact page, a path prefix, a subdomain or a whole host. A category path stays a category path; it is never widened to the whole domain.
The same criteria for everyone
Your own site and every competitor are assessed against the identical rubric, so differences in the matrix come from the sites, not from the method.
No invented measurements
AI visibility and GEO are readiness assessments based on what is on the page. No answer engine is queried, and no ranking or citation is claimed.
